a. Standard Orders – Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
b. Wholesale & Bulk Orders – Processing times vary depending on order size and customization requirements. Lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
c. Peak Seasons & Holidays – Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

4. International Shipping

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your package.
It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
a. Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
