Refund policy

Final Sale Policy – Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges.

Damaged Products – If an order arrives damaged, the Customer must contact us at support@candlesbytwice.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. Replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items – Variations in candle texture, scent strength, or minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for returns or replacements.
