A little cushioning keeps your glass ready for its next candle.

  1. Clean and check

    Let the jar cool completely. Remove leftover wax, wash it, and dry it fully. Put wax in the trash, never down a drain. Only send jars without cracks or chips.

  2. Wrap each jar

    Use several layers of bubble wrap or protective cushioning around each jar, including the rim and base. Wrap lids separately so they cannot knock against the glass.

  3. Box it securely

    Reuse your candle box and protective inserts if they are in good condition, or use a sturdy shipping box. Cushion every side, keep jars apart, and fill gaps until nothing moves.

  4. Label and send

    Include your name and email inside; for refills, add your new candle order number. Remove old shipping labels, attach the prepaid label, and drop off with the carrier shown. Keep the tracking receipt.

Refill labels arrive with your new candle. Donation labels arrive by email. Wait for your label and instructions before sending glass.

Which jars can I return?

We accept Candles By Twice glass candle jars only. They must be clean, dry, and free of cracks or chips. If you are unsure about the size, describe the jar in your request.

When do I get my 20% back?

For refills, you pay the regular price first. We issue the refund after your returned jar arrives. The refund applies to the matching new candle’s price before tax. Bank processing time varies.

Can I send several jars?

Yes. Add the candles and quantities you want, choosing the same sizes as your returned glass. Each refill candle needs one matching empty jar. For donations, tell us the quantity and sizes in the return-label request.

Do I need my original order number?

No. You can return eligible jars bought at a market, received as gifts, or ordered online. An original order number is helpful if you have it.
